Young adults (immigrants/newcomers) ages 22-35, singles or childless couples, with a college or higher-education degree.
Intensive Hebrew classes - 5 months of study, 5 days a week, about 5 hours per day. Three Hebrew levels are typically offered.
Cultural and social integration - beyond Hebrew: courses about Israeli society and Jewish/Israeli culture, plus a cultural program with lectures, social events, hikes and other extracurricular activities.
Accommodation (non-mendatory)
For singles: participants live in four-bedroom apartments on the “Port Campus” in downtown Haifa. Each person gets a private room, and the apartments include kitchenette and basic furnishings.
For couples (without children): separate housing arrangements (on a different campus) in studio apartments.
