The International Office website serves as the primary information hub for international students, academic partners, and global programs at Ariel University. The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the International Office section of the university website, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the International Office section of the university website using WordPress.
Write, edit, and update, digital content including website, social media, newsletters, marketing flyers, promotional materials, and more.
Upload and organize content, ensuring pages are structured clearly and consistently.
Gather and consolidate relevant information from academic faculties and administrative units across the university.
Ensure that all digital content reflects the full scope of international programs, opportunities, and services offered by the university.
Identify missing or outdated information and proactively propose improvements or new content.
Improve the structure, clarity, and overall user experience of the website for international audiences.
Coordinate technical updates and development requests with the university’s IT/web team.
Monitor website content and ensure information remains current and accurate.

Position Scope:

Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, alternating Fridays.

Public Inquiries Representatives represent our company in every customer inquiry, whether written or verbal, that requires the intervention of a senior-level authority or involves sensitive situations. The role also includes responding to and handling customer inquiries on social media platforms.

This is done while monitoring the customer experience throughout their engagement with us and improving existing work processes and interfaces in order to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Position Scope:

The position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alternating Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, including Facebook response shifts.

Willingness to work additional hours.
