Who is it for?

Young adults aged 22–35, new immigrants or those planning to make aliyah, holding an academic degree and aiming for a career in hi-tech in Israel.

About the Program

Tech & the City supports new immigrants and prospective newcomers seeking to enter Israel's hi-tech sector. Ulpan Etzion Haifa provides intensive Hebrew studies, on-site housing, and social activities. Participants follow a professional track offering career consultations, industry exposure, job-search support, and networking with tech companies and professionals.

Admission Requirements

2 UNIQUE TRACKS FOR HI-TECH PROFESSIONALS:

  • TECH – SOFTWARE ENGINEERS & DATA ANALYSTS:

    Relevant academic degree

    Or 2+ years of experience as a developer or data scientist

    Conversational English

  • HI-TECH CAREER – UX/UI, MARKETING, QA, ETC.:

    Academic degree
