Supply Chain Manager

Full management of the site’s supply chain, including planning, logistics, and procurement (over 45 employees).
Responsibility for production planning and coordination with internal site functions and HQ interfaces.
Management of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials warehouses.
Leading procurement activities with suppliers and HQ interfaces.
Participation in the site’s management team and leading organizational improvement processes.
Work with multiple interfaces in Israel and abroad.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory.
Significant experience in supply chain management or planning in an industrial environment – at least 5 years.
Proven managerial experience.
Very high-level English.
System-wide perspective, strong leadership skills, and change management abilities.
