About the Program

Program Regulations:

  • The program is heavily funded, and participants must complete it from start to finish. Early withdrawal without valid reason will result in a 5,000 NIS fine.

  • Applications from former new immigrants or those who previously made Aliyah will be reviewed individually.

  • Benefits and discounts apply only during the program period.

  • The schedule is subject to change, with updates provided to Jewish Agency representatives

What the Program Includes

What Does the Program Offer?

  • Subsidized Housing at the Jewish Agency Absorption Center "Nurit" in Beer Sheva

  • Hebrew Language and Professional Terminology Course – approximately 6 months.

  • Professional Training and Skills Development – a specialized Building Systems course covering

    advanced software, workplace processes in Israel, Hebrew technical terminology, and necessary engineering tools – approximately 2 months.

  • Licensing Assistance – document preparation and support in obtaining a license from the Ministry of Labor.

  • Job Placement Support – connections with top companies, site visits, and assistance in job searching

Program Format and Timeline:

  • Aliyah to Israel: till 15.05.2026

  • Program Start: May 2026

  • Hebrew Studies and Professional Terminology:

    Approximately 6 months ( May - November 2026)

  • Professional Training: Approximately 2 months (December 2026 - February 2027)

  • Employment Assistance: March 2027

Accommodation Options

Accommodation & Costs:

the Jewish Agency Absorption Center in Beet Sheva (subsidizedHousing)

At the Nurit Absorption Center, there are apartments with 1, 2, and 3 rooms.

Housing allocation is based on the size and composition of the family, subject to apartment

availability and the needs of the center.

  • 1-room apartment – intended for two roommates or a couple without children – 700 NIS per month, excluding utilities.

  • 2-room apartment – 1,400 NIS per month, excluding utilities.

  • 3-room apartment – 1,600 NIS per month, excluding utilities.
