The Jewish Agency for Israel, the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration and their department of Physician and Required Medical Professions Directorate, Nefesh B’Nefesh, and the First Home in the Homeland program are excited to invite both Aliyah candidates and new Olim to join a unique program at Kibbutz Or HaNer that combines Aliyah, community integration, Hebrew studies, guidance through the licensing process, and connection to the Israeli healthcare system.

Joining this program provides you with the opportunity to contribute to the Southern region and Gaza Envelope, take part in the region’s rehabilitation and growth processes, and bring your knowledge, experience, and professional expertise to Israeli society.

• Subsidized housing at Kibbutz Or HaNer

• Hebrew studies in an Ulpan setting for approximately five months

• Medical Hebrew Ulpan

• Assistance and guidance through the Ministry of Health’s licensing process

• Professional guidance and introductions to the Israeli healthcare system

Hebrew studies

• Hebrew Ulpan: Approximately five months, five days a week, five hours a day.

• Medical Hebrew Ulpan: Approximately three months, five days a week, with an emphasis on professional terminology

  Licensing Process and Professional Integration

  Participants will receive guidance during the licensure process according to their profession and the relevant requirements.

  During the program, we will also facilitate connections with potential employers, including:

  • Hospitals

  • Health funds

  • Medical centers

  • Healthcare institutions

  This is intended to help each participant build a clear professional pathway for continued integration into the Israeli healthcare system once the program concludes..

Participants will live in apartments at Kibbutz Or HaNer as part of the First Home in the Homeland program.

Housing options:

• Four-room apartment — NIS 1,900 per month

• Two-room apartment — NIS 1,500 per month

The apartments are suitable for families with up to three children, couples without children, and single participants.

The prices do not include electricity, water, gas, or other potential fees.
