What You Will Learn in the Program:

• Managing customer experience and success: EBR, QBR, Customer Lifecycle

• Key concepts in high-tech, the startup ecosystem, and innovation

• Developing presentation, communication, and client relationship skills

• Practical final project: building an onboarding strategy, data analysis, and presenting an EBR

• Visits to high-tech companies, meetups, Soft Skills workshops, and hands-on training

• All training is conducted in English

• Hybrid learning — in-person + online sessions, 5 days per week

• Two-room apartment (2 roommates per room) — 7,550 NIS for 5 months, payable in 4 installments

• Studio apartment for couples — 15,100 NIS for 5 months, payable in 4 installments
